Service
Recovra provides automated Stripe dispute response services. You connect your Stripe account via OAuth. Recovra monitors disputes, assembles evidence, and submits responses on your behalf.
Recovra does not guarantee dispute outcomes. Stripe makes the final decision on every dispute.
Account
You must provide a valid email address and maintain accurate account information. One workspace per Stripe account.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
Stripe Connection
Recovra connects through Stripe OAuth using the standard read_write scope required by Stripe’s platform. Recovra stores encrypted OAuth tokens and reads dispute data plus limited account metadata needed to verify the connection and operate dispute handling. Recovra can submit dispute responses, but it cannot move money, issue refunds, or change payout settings.
You can revoke access at any time from your Stripe dashboard. Revoking access stops all dispute monitoring and submission immediately.
Pricing and Billing
Recovra charges 20% of recovered dispute revenue. No subscription. No platform fee. No setup cost. If Stripe does not return money, no fee is charged.
Fees are calculated per billing period based on confirmed recoveries. Invoices are visible in your workspace before payment.
Your Data
Dispute data and limited Stripe account metadata are used only to operate the service. Recovra does not sell, share, or use your data for any other purpose. See Privacy Policy
Availability
Recovra operates on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
Recovra is not liable for missed deadlines caused by Stripe API downtime or connectivity issues outside our control.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. Outstanding fees for already-recovered disputes remain payable.
Recovra may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
Liability
Recovra is not liable for dispute outcomes, lost revenue from unrecovered disputes, or decisions made by Stripe.
Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Recovra in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or workspace notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
