FOR BUSINESSES THAT RELY ON STRIPE

Understand what’s affectingyour Stripe payments.Fix what matters.

Recovra connects what Stripe shows, what customers experience, and how your business operates. We help you understand the problem, decide what to do next, and fix what is in your control.

Free. Founder-reviewed. We recommend only the help your question needs.

No Stripe password. No secret API keys. Independent from Stripe. Stripe outcomes are never guaranteed.

Start with the Trigger

You don’t need to know the root cause before you ask the question.

Bring the thing that changed, the message you don’t understand, or the payment behavior you want to improve. Triage starts there.

01

Stripe sent a message or requirement

You need to understand what it means, what evidence matters, and what the next responsible action is.

02

Payouts, reserves, balances, or capabilities changed

You need context before deciding what the signal means or what to change.

03

Refunds, disputes, or fraud signals are moving

You need to understand what is observable, what may be contributing, and what is still unknown.

04

Subscriptions, renewals, or cancellations are creating confusion

You want to reduce avoidable friction between what customers expect and what the payment journey actually does.

05

Customers may not recognize the charge

You want to check descriptors, receipts, business identity, communication, and other relevant recognition evidence.

06

Your website, checkout, offer, or business model changed

You want to make sure the payment operation and customer-facing story still fit together.

07

You are preparing for a launch or growth period

You want a responsible preventive review before more volume increases the cost of a weak process.

08

You already know the issue and need help fixing it

You need a bounded implementation path, clear ownership, and a way to verify the agreed work.

These are starting points, not diagnoses. A Trigger tells us what question to investigate. It does not prove the cause.

Why Payment Health

The symptom is visible. The cause may live somewhere else.

A Stripe metric can tell you that something happened. It does not always tell you why. The relevant explanation may sit across the business promise, customer journey, payment operation, evidence, or the way the work is owned internally.

What customers see

Business identity, offer and pricing clarity, checkout, renewal and cancellation expectations, support, fulfillment, and recognition.

What Stripe shows you

Merchant-controlled business details, payments, refunds, disputes, payouts, balances, requirements, Billing, Radar, and other relevant account information.

Accepted question

What does the evidence actually support, and what should happen next?

What the evidence supports

Provider messages, merchant records, timelines, customer-facing pages, documents, screenshots, and other evidence relevant to the accepted question.

How the operation works

Ownership, escalation, evidence readiness, support processes, implementation state, and whether agreed changes were actually verified.

That connected operating condition is what Recovra means by Payment Health.

Not every case requires every surface. We review what the accepted question actually needs.

How Recovra works

Evidence before explanation. Explanation before action.

We start with the Trigger, review the evidence needed for the accepted question, and keep facts, interpretations, hypotheses, and Unknowns separate. The goal is not to produce more warnings. It is to make a better decision.

01

Understand the Trigger

What happened? What changed? What decision does the merchant actually need to make?

02

Connect the relevant evidence

Bring together the merchant context, customer-facing surfaces, and Stripe information needed to answer that question responsibly.

03

Decide what matters

Separate what is established from what is inferred, keep important Unknowns visible, and prioritize only the actions the evidence supports.

04

Improve what is in scope

When implementation is purchased and appropriate, turn accepted decisions into bounded work with clear ownership and acceptance criteria.

05

Verify the agreed work

Check whether the accepted implementation was actually completed instead of treating done as proof.

Software helps structure evidence and preparation. Material scope, interpretation, causal language, priority, and final delivery remain human-reviewed.

Where the package and signal make it useful, Recovra can review what changed afterward without inventing causality.

Your working artifact

A Payment Health Plan built for decisions, not another dashboard.

The Plan turns the accepted question and evidence into a durable working record: what was reviewed, what the evidence supports, what remains unknown, what matters most, and what should happen next.

A strong answer can be a confirmed weakness, a clear strength, an important Unknown, or a responsible decision to take no action.

Levels of Help

Use the smallest scope that can answer the real question responsibly.

Start with free Payment Triage. We review fit, clarify the decision you need to make, and recommend the narrowest level that can do the job responsibly. Sometimes the right recommendation is official guidance, another specialist, or no paid Recovra work.

The right scope, not the biggest package.

If complete intake shows before unnecessary work begins that a smaller package is enough, we explain the downgrade and refund or do not charge the unused price difference. If a larger package is needed, we explain why and you choose whether to upgrade. No silent scope expansion.

If the same primary problem grows into a larger package, overlapping scope can be credited under the current upgrade policy so you do not pay twice for the same work.

Current prices are one-time validation prices for business customers. Tax or VAT treatment follows the actual configured legal and tax setup.

What happens next

Start with the problem. Scope comes after.

Tell us what happened

Describe the Trigger and share only enough non-sensitive context for Recovra to understand fit and the decision you need to make.

We review fit and scope

Software can structure the intake. The final recommendation is founder-reviewed.

You see the recommendation and why

We explain the proposed level of help, price, included scope, exclusions, required information, and next action.

You choose whether to proceed

Paid work begins only after you accept the scope. We may also recommend clarification, a smaller level, official guidance, another specialist, or no paid Recovra package.

No hidden upgrade. No automatic Stripe access. No paid work before you accept the scope.

Trust is part of the work

Clear about what we know. Clear about what we don’t control.

Independent from Stripe

Recovra is not Stripe and does not represent Stripe, banks, issuers, or card networks. We do not have access to private provider decision logic.

Least privilege by default

We do not ask for your Stripe password or secret API keys. Merchant-controlled evidence comes first. Read-only connection is optional and should be used only when it materially improves the work.

Unknown stays unknown

If the evidence does not establish a cause, we say so. An Unknown is not turned into danger just to make the result sound stronger.

Human accountability

Software can organize and compare evidence. Material interpretation, final scope, causal language, priority, and final delivery remain human-reviewed.

Actions require authorization

No hidden writes. Sensitive or materially irreversible actions require the approved product path and explicit merchant authorization.

No provider-outcome guarantees

We do not promise account reopening, account safety, payout release, reserve removal, dispute wins, provider approval, or a specific financial outcome.

Sometimes the responsible answer is that something appears healthy, remains unknown, or needs no action. Recovra does not need to invent a problem to justify a package.

Bring the Trigger. We’ll help you choose the right next step.

Start Payment Triage with the problem you actually have. We’ll review fit, recommend the smallest responsible path, and explain why.
