Prepare your access data

Supply access observations in the supported CSV. Source limits and retention are shown before upload. These records do not prove live product use.

CSV columns

  • workspace_ref
  • stripe_customer_id
  • stripe_subscription_id
  • access_state
  • access_tier
  • observed_at

Use opaque workspace and tier keys, Stripe IDs, active or inactive access, and the actual observation time with a timezone. Up to 1 MiB and 2,000 rows. Leave out names, emails and credentials.
